Friendly staff working here. I came in around 5pm today for a pick-me-up and the cashier was super nice. They made my iced caramel latte very well! True story but not all Starbucks locations are equal it's inconsistent sometimes! Love the way the barista made my drink. I get my drink with a caramel drizzle inside the cup and I love tasting the caramel ribbons! Yum!
1 star off because the tables and dining area was messy with trash all over. There was three people behind the counter and no line but the place wasn't clean. -

Went there today and share a lot of the same concerns as my fellow reviewers. The staff was incredibly unfriendly. The lady in front of me ordered an iced drink and when she got it all of the flavor syrup was on the bottom of her drink. She had asked the barista if they had stirred it and the barista answered with, "You can get a stir stick..." then she proceeded to roll her eyes and turn and say something to her coworker. All in all it was a terrible customer service experience and had my drink been made already I would have said something. But since my drink had yet to be made, I was scared for my drinks safety. Also, as others have said when I ordered (at noon) they were out of trenta and venti iced cups already. Until they get some customer service training or new employees in general this Starbucks is probably a HARD PASS.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I came at approximately 1:45 pm on Wednesday 7/25/18. The lady who rang me up was so rude. I ordered my drink and sandwich and said I had a reward to redeem. She ROLLED HER EYES and then told me how I should have told her before I ordered. I said that the app just says to tell your barista before you scan and she said that I was wrong. I then apologized for the inconvenience because I'm a decent human being and understand that pushing buttons on a screen is super difficult to do.
I've had the app for 3 years now and NEVER once has a barista told me this.
Then they get my order wrong which is fine because I get that mistakes happen. I politely ask for a new one and they gave me so much attitude.
If management is reading this (although I highly doubt it based on the reviews) please stop hiring rude people and start training your workers to treat customers with decent respect!!! -

This is a good place to rest my laurels while I wait for family members to finish shopping in Target.
Lots of seating and good WiFi are a-okay in my book : ) -

Yuck. I really don't care for Starbucks, but I was at Target and hadn't had my coffee that morning. Like so many other chains, they charge a "vegan tax" for soy mik (no almond here, but coconut milk). The mocha proved to be too cold and not that great, but there wasn't anything to be gained from taking it back.
I'll continue to avoid Starbucks if at all possible. At least until they start offering vegan snacks. Then I'll think about it.
